compression socks! usually reserved for the elderly and heart patient But, oh no, I need them for lower leg water retention!! trust me, my legs have gotten better, a little weight loss is helping, reduced intake of sodium, and tennis has helped, but still not completly fluid free and a puffy ankle is not very cute, so as I pondered the aisles of publix yesterday, I spotted these bad boys and decided to give them a try! Those damn things are tight, but I must say, thy really do work! I have ankles like a Princess today!! LOL!

oh no!!!! i hope you're anklet still fits ; )
A guy at my work just started wearing these! Apparently he has bad circulation.
They're like Spanx for calves, right?
No circulation problems, I had every test known to man last year.. good heart, however, I have a very stressful job, and HBP and sitting at a desk do NOt help! I try elevating them at work but it doesn't work, they actually are looking good these days!!
Just think of them as support stockings in knee high form. Nothing wrong with wanting non-puffy ankles. So glad they are working!
