Awards! You like me, you really like me!

Ok that's all I got! I need to do a post on my awards, yes 2, thank you very much. I am so dang lazy, I can't type that much, I swear I have ADD. So I am going to do it Friday and thank the Academy then.... In the mean time, thank you

OK tell me about the ref. You know I just bought a new house in 2-07 and got 5.25%. Is it worth it? I have thought about refinancing and going to a 15 year loan - you know I am not getting any younger.
