I am so mad at...



after I thought I was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of the game by ordering my girls their darling monogrammed backpacks with polka dots they, UPS, say you need to call pottery Barn and start an investigation because they should have been there by now, oh actually she said they are being returned to the warehouse. HUH? WHAT? So I call Pottery Barn and they said, we credited your account on 08/10/09! You did because I am looking at my account and all I see is where you took $97.89 on 08/04/09. OHHHHH, we sent you a "gift card". REALLY? I don't want a gift card I want my damn money back and I want those damn backpacks! Ok, I didn't say that but I was thinking it! SHEESH! So, I ordered 2 NON monogrammed PLAIN backpacks from LandsEnd and will have them monogrammed promptly when they arrive, if they arive. Keep your fings crossed. My girls are bummed.
